Rooted in social dance with a focus on Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and Tarraxo and guided by knowledgeable, passionate teaching, we celebrate individuality, connection and the joy of moving together while building a community where everyone has a place to belong.

Brigitte loves social dancing and the improvisation, self-expression, musicality, and connection that partner dance offers. A creative person at heart, she has been involved in the arts throughout her life.
Over the past 20 years, she has travelled extensively, training with international teachers and earning two teaching certifications. She has been teaching dance for 18 years, sharing her love of social dance with students of all levels.
Because Brigitte began dancing as a young adult herself, she remembers what it feels like to be a beginner. She is known for her patience and her ability to break things down in a clear, easy-to-understand way, helping students feel comfortable and confident as they learn.
Her teaching is focused on preparing students for the social dance floor. Rather than simply teaching patterns and steps, she helps dancers understand the language of partner dance—developing connection, musicality, improvisation, and self-expression so they can truly dance, create, and have fun with a partner.
Brigitte is excited to open The Third Beat Dance Studio and to share her experience, creativity, and love of social dance with a new generation of dancers.
