Our Salsa classes explore two distinct styles, each with its own flavour and way of moving. Salsa On1 brings a dynamic, linear style with turns, partnerwork and flowing combinations, while Cuban Salsa (Casino) is more circular, playful and deeply connected to Cuban rhythm and movement. Whichever style you choose, you’ll develop strong foundations, musicality, connection and the skills to feel confident and have fun on the social dance floor.
