The Third Beat Dance Studio is an 820 sq. ft. studio in Halifax’s vibrant Agricola Street neighbourhood, with its entrance on West Street. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown and easily accessible from the bridges and highway, the studio also has plenty of nearby street parking.​

 

The studio is currently in Phase 1 of renovations, including freshly painted walls and mirrors, creating a bright and versatile space suitable for dance, movement, rehearsals, workshops, classes, meetings, photography, and other creative or professional uses.​

 

Peak rental rate: $35/hour

Monday–Friday after 6pm and weekends.​

 

Current peak-time availability includes some hours on Monday and Thursday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons.​

 

We also offer special daytime weekday rates at a lower rate and welcome inquiries from businesses, independent instructors, artists, community groups, and other organizations looking for regular or occasional space.​
