Kizomba Classes

Our Kizomba classes explore both the foundations and the deeper possibilities of this connected social dance. Kizomba Foundation introduces the essential walking, rhythm, posture, connection and lead-and-follow communication that create the feeling of moving together. Kizomba Improver/Intermediate builds on those foundations with greater musicality, movement vocabulary, dynamics and improvisation. At every level, the focus is on connection, communication and developing the freedom to create and respond together on the social dance floor.
